Leland “Pookey” Wigington is an investor as well as the CFO at MARQUE. As a successful investor and entrepreneur (Mr. Wigington is part owner of Hartbeat Entertainment together with Hollywood superstar Kevin Hart) he brings much-needed insight into what is needed to take the company to the next level.

Khai Nordin

CTO

Khai Nordin has more than 25 years of experience in various aspects of technology integration and technical operations solutions and is a valuable asset to MARQUE as we scale from our humble origins from a 5 person agency in 2017 to our goals of a 500 person agency by end of 2021. Khai is responsible for the successful deployment of our proprietary digital metrics and analytics dashboard and is currently working on developing automation processes as well as overseeing the development of our own social media scheduling and ai learning platform.

Marlo Constantino

Creative Director

Marlo started at MARQUE as a graphic designer and over the years, has raced through the ranks to become the Creative Director overlooking our large creative and design teams. He is currently pursuing a professional certification in Operations Management at Northwestern University.

Marina Ross-Adamson

Chief Growth Officer

Marina Ross-Adamson is a reformed investment banker who used to swim with the sharks at Deutsche Bank but decided to look for a safe harbor in the world of creative design, or so she thought. This Oxford University graduate spends her time on MARQUE’s national and global growth campaigns as well as leading our initiatives to partner with key brands, institutions, and partner agencies that are beneficial to our clients and our team.
